Wind and Photovoltaic Project Manager
Position Summary:
Reporting to the France Director, your missions will include:
- Conducting preliminary assessments for environmental studies.
- Performing quality control on the natural environment sections of impact study reports prepared by field survey officers.
- Drafting regulatory files (natural environment sections of impact studies, protected species derogation files, Natura 2000 assessments).
- Supporting our clients in defining lower-impact project designs and developing avoidance, reduction, and compensation measures for potential environmental impacts.
- Designing management plans to promote biodiversity.
- Providing technical support to the sales managers, both in the follow-up of ongoing studies and in responding to calls for tenders.
- Participating in technical and methodological monitoring within your field of expertise.
- Contributing to the development of new services (ecological engineering, etc.).
Profile Sought:
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in mapping tools (QGIS).
- Strong writing and proofreading skills.
- Good awareness of wildlife conservation issues is preferred.
- Knowledge of the wind and/or photovoltaic sectors and/or of the ICPE regulatory framework would be a strong asset.
- Organized and meticulous, able to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Strong client relationship skills.
Type of Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract (CDD) starting in September 2025, with the possibility of being converted into a permanent contract (CDI).
Location: Choice of one of the six agencies in France (Reims, Dijon, Clermont L’Hérault, Poitiers, Rennes, or Amiens).
Salary: €30K to €35K depending on experience.
