ProBird is a bird detection, deterrence, and dynamic wind turbine regulation system designed to reduce their impact on avian wildlife. Cameras mounted on wind turbines detect birds (raptors, large soaring birds) in real-time through a neural network and trigger the appropriate response based on the detected trajectory : sound warning or turbine regulation.

ProBird is built with efficient and robust components, algorithms, and architecture, specifically designed for wind energy, simplifying the installation and maintenance of the system. It offers optimal effectiveness in both protecting avian species and minimizing energy production losses.

ProBird relies on advanced Artificial Intelligence technology (embedded – real-time processing) known as Convolutional Neural Network, widely used in the field of computer vision. Our neural networks are constantly improved through supervised machine learning.
